Bio

Matt Hufford (b. 1994, Sacramento, CA) is a nonbinary trans masculine American artist of Scottish, Welsh, and German descent living and working in Worcester, MA. He graduated from BU with an MFA in Painting in 2019, and from University of Puget Sound with a BA in Studio Art in 2016. Hufford’s work has been featured in group exhibitions at Anna Zorina in NYC, Gallery Naga in Boston, and the James Stone Gallery at Boston University. He has taught at Massachusetts College of Art and Design as a Visiting Instructor, and his work has been featured in the Boston Globe.
