Matt Hufford (b. 1994, Sacramento, CA) is a white trans masc artist of Welsh, Scottish, French, English, and German descent living and working in central MA. He graduated from Boston University with an MFA in Painting in 2019 and from the University of Puget Sound with a BA in Studio Art in 2016. In 2015 he studied in a language immersion program at the Université de Bourgogne in Dijon, France. Hufford's work has been shown in group exhibitions at Anna Zorina in NYC, Gallery Naga in Boston, and the James Stone Gallery at Boston University. He has taught at Massachusetts College of Art and Design as a Visiting Instructor, and his work has been featured in the Boston Globe.
